question about the spa at saratoga springs

Hi everyone hope you are enjoying the band holiday weekend.

I am staying at saratoga springs in august and I was wondering if you can use the spa free of charge like you can at most spa hotels.

I know treatments are extra but was wondering about the sauna and pool areas.

You can use the gym but not the spa - the Spa facilities are for those having treatments.

You can buy day passes to use the wet rooms, I did this on one holiday. They have separate male and female lounges, no mixed facilities if your planning to go as a couple.
