Question about the Sake tasting in Japan

Hey I was wondering if anyone can give me info about the Sake tasting in Japan-like how much it costs, how much you get & I have heard that you get to keep the cup that you used and they write your name on it, is this true? Any info would be great. Thanks

The costs vary according to the type of sake you want to try.They also have plum wine for anyone who'd like something sweeter. I have two of the sake cups. They are plastic and look like pieces of bamboo. And they stack, and look very cool. No one ever wrote my name on them or offered to, not that I would have wanted that. You get one serving in a sake cup.

We've done it twice and once they wrote my name on the bottom of the cup and once they didn't. I think it just depends on the CM who's there at the time you're trying the Sake.
