Question about the new MYW and codes

Does anyone know if you can get an AP discount and still add the MYW tickets and dining package? It looks like you have to pay rackrate for the room to get the MYW stuff but I'm not sure. Anyone?

No, you can only get the dining plan with the MYW package, which includes room & tickets. An AP discount room is not a package.

So does that include using a public code or postcard? Is everyone that gets this package paying rack rate for these rooms? I'm thinking the tickets and dining plan is good but not if you have to pay rack rate on the rooms. Is this right?

We were able to use an email code and get the MYW package with dining and 7 day hopper park tickets. We're staying at Pop Century.

I was under the impression that if you get the MYW package with dining, you cannont use any discount codes. The only discount you can use with that package is AAA.

I don't know if you're supposed to or not, but I asked the CM about it when I called and he said we could. We're staying from Mar 31-Apr 9.

I also was able to use postcard rates with the MYW dining package. HTH

I think the postcard codes are the only ones that are allowed to be applied to MYW plus dining. I called and asked about public or AP codes and was told no, didn't ask about email codes but based on all of the threads I've read on these boards it seems that only those with email codes were allowed to apply them to packages. Here's hoping for a postcard!!!!! We've booked MYW plus dining in POP for June. Would love to be able to upgrade if a code came out.
