I just read the post about how the Magic Kingdom has the new biometric scanners where you just put your right index finger in & once it's approved you can go right in the park. This will not effect our current tickets because we have only used it when you had to put 2 fingers in. Anyway with the new system will it still recognize our tickets & if it helps to find the answer, my family & I signed the back of our tickets so we know which ones belong to us. Anyway if someone can answer this I would appreciate it.

Well, any system should "read" your physical measurements and record them the first time you use the scanner (and any ticket, new or old).

I highly doubt that the new one-finger scanner will use any of the "old" info from the two-finger scanners.
So, you can use your current tickets in the one-finger scanner and the first time you do, the "new" one-finger info will be recorded into the system related to your ticket (at least at MK).

If the older two-finger scanners are still in use at other parks (and maybe some still at MK) they would still be linked to your "old" scan info.

We were there 2 weeks ago, have they just made this change? They were still the 2 finger scan. I hate it most people don't know how to do it, or they have problems, 50% of the time I do it, it doesn't work. CM told me my fingers are too long, so maybe the 1 finger will be faster.

Thanks that makes me feel a lot better.
