Question about the meet and greet (Quick Transportation)?

We are booked for the meet and greet for our upcoming universal trip labor day weekend!!! Can anyone tell me of their experiences with this service? How long does it take to get from the airport to the RPH? Do you usually share a ride with another guest? TIA!!!!!!
