Question about the Frozen parade at DHS

I know it starts at 10:30, what time should we line up? Also how long does it last? Is it worth it? And I'll take whatever info you have on it.

We saw it standing near the stage today. It's not long at all...3 or 4 floats I think along with a flag corps. We are not Frozen fans but it was a cute parade.

Also.....
After rope drop (9am), we plan to sign our little guy up for the Jedi ACademy (prob our daughter, too). We'll take whatever time we get - hoping early!
We have a FP+ for TSMM from 935-1035.
Can we make it to jedi academy sign ups, TSMM and frozen parade all in the morning? I've read posts that say the jedi sign up is very time consuming.
We also have a FP+ for Frozen Sing Along from 11:05-11:20. Will we make it to that IF we make the parade?
