Question about the disney shopping website

I dont know where else to post this question so I thought I would try here and hopefully someone will be able to help me. I have been since last week trying to get on www.disneyshopping.com to pre-order The Little Mermaid. I am unable to get on their website it doesnt come up at all. I was wondering if anyone else has been having the same problem. I would think they would have the Halloween costumes up on their website to order as well I know a lot of people use that website to buy their Disney Haloween costumes. Just wondering if anyone else is having problems getting the website to come up.

I just clicked on your link and had no problems at all. I am not sure why you are having trouble. Do you have your LAN settings to automatic?? Or maybe your cookies is set too high???

I'll have to check those out. How would I know if I had my cookies set to high?

Go to tools, then internet options. Click the privacy tab and see what level you are set at and it gives you a description next to it on what it will allow etc. Try lowering it temporarily and see if that helps.

You have accidently blocked this sight somehow.

Turn off all security just to try then turn them back on .

If it lets you in with them turned off look in the blocked sights section and change to allow.
