Question about the Dining Plan

I thought I had read somewhere that when you used a cs and an entree and/or desert was not offered then you could ask them for a voucher instead for a snack. Does anyone know if this is true or not??

I don't remember reading that.

I do remember folks stating that if dessert was ice cream, they could get a voucher at some CS places to return for the dessert after their meal was finished. This was when dessert was already offered as part of the meal on the DDP.
