Question about the College Programs

I applied/interviewed for DL College Program, but have decided that both of the roles I TRULY want are only offered at WDW. I talked about it to the interviewer. I asked her if I could apply to both college programs. She said, "Yes! In fact, I would encourage it!" I went immediately to apply for WDW CP and when I entered my SSN, it told me I couldn't "re-apply". I've emailed the recruiting team, but have had no reply. I don't know what to do now.
Any suggestions?

I would call and talk to somebody directly tomorrow. It might just be a matter of them either re-opening the app for you. Good luck!

Thank you so much! I was so worried.
After countless tries, it finally let me put in a new application. Maybe they opened it back up and I just didn't get an e-mail or something. But I'm still going to call in the morning. Thank you!
