It will be out first time in the BWV's. Stayed at the BW before. Looking for any type of feedback on these rooms and also suggestions. Got a great AP rate so this is why we are staying there and not the usual BC.
Thanks:earseek:

We are DVC owners so...we just love BWV....what size room do you have? It's great if you are in a 1 or 2 bedroom as you get a full kitchen or Washer Dryer.....Lots of DVCers don't use the kitchen but I love to take advantage of the money savings...and having the W/D makes packing a lot lighter...

The other thing I love is the short walk to either Epcot or MGM..

The thing that most people don't really enjoy is the long hallways...I being different love being at the end of the hallway..

You should really like the Boardwalk Villas

You'll love the BWV! Beware though--you'll get spoiled with all the extra space! LOL ;)

I second the above poster--watch out for rooms far away from the elevators (unless you don't mind a long walk). The hallways can seem to go on and on. The view is by request, so it isn't guaranteed. But, it doesn't hurt to request a nice Boardwalk or Luna Park View. Our villa that faced the Luna Park pool actually had a nice view of the MGM fireworks.

Here is a link to some of my pictures:

Happy Planning! :)

You probably got a studio

there is a queen bed and a double sleeper sofa - a kitchenett - mircowave oven, under the counter refrigerator, toaster, can opener, 4 glass, 2 mugs, paper plates & bowls, plastic knives, yorks and spoons - a deeper sink - plus all the stuff in a regular deluxe room.

It has the same room service as BWI.

there is not washer/dryer in the room in a studio - however on the first floor of BWV - there is laundry room that you can use for free - you must pay for the detergent and fabric softner.

Hey neighbor! (we're just over the bridge on the cape:teeth: ) If you liked the BWI, you will love the BWV! They are wonderful!!

Have you looked at the "new and improved" www.disneyworld.com? It's got a very nice overview of the BWV and will show you the rooms.

I have seen the new site - great!! Howdy to you folks in the Cape. What's with the snow this year??!

:earsboy:
Better watch it! The first time that we stayed at the BWV, we had a studio
reserved. They put us in a 1br villa.... We knew as soon as we got into the
1br that we needed to talk to the DVC sales reps. Nasty nasty people.... :)
We bought into DVC that vacation, and have loved it since. The BWV is our
home resort and we've been very happy with it overall.
This trip we're sharing a Grand Villa at OKW with another family... I think
we're gonna be really really spoiled this trip...
12 days to go!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have fun!!!!
