Question About the Boards

Hi all! The Disboards have been SUPER fast ever since the servers were changed and it's been great! I have a question though, because when I log in and check the 'keep me logged in' button, it doesn't work. It will not keep me logged in and every time I come back to the Disboards I have to log in again. Is anyone else having this problem or is this the way it's supposed to be?

I don't have a problem like that. The usual recommendations are to clear your browser cookies, reboot and try again.

The same thing was happening to me on my desktop, but not my laptop. I was using Chrome and Internet Explorer. Chrome was having other issues on my computer, so I deleted the program completely, and then I located the cookie file for the DISBoards (using windows explorer) and deleted it. It is working OK now.

I was having the same problem. Webmaster Alex said to delete all my cookies and temp internet files and that worked for me. I was only having an issue with IE, not Firefox, but still doing that cleared up the logging in issue.

I was having that issue for awhile too. I use Google Chrome exclusively and clear out my cookies and temporary internet files. All was well from then on.

I was having the same problem, so I'm glad you posted this. I just tried deleting cookies and browsing history, and now it works! Thanks!

Deleting cookies on Chrome fixed the problem for me.
