I will be in WDW on the 4th! I just want to know if I should just completely avoid MK that night for fireworks and go elsewhere? Is there anywhere else people can suggest to go and still get a good show of fireworks? I'm staying at CBR and had read on another board that you can see Epcot's fireworks from the beaches. Does anyone know if they get really crowded????? I have a two yr old who has a strict bedtime, and I worry he will be very cranky after the fireworks if there is a stampede to get out and he's over tired! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks! :confused3

this is my 20th 4th of july in disney. we tend to always avoid the MK on this day. it usually closes bc it is filled to capacity. if you have a small child i would avoid the park. i sat at the GF and we watch the fireworks on the beach there. it's soooo pretty and laid back. nice crowd of people but something you can manage with a 2 yr old.(space for your youngester to run around) PLUS MK fireworks are at 9 on the 4th.

Thanks! I didn't think of GF!!!!! Does it get crowded there?????? I am still planning on going to MK on the 4th first thing in the morning, then leaving for a nap :cloud9: , do you know about when the park starts to fill to capacity on the 4th???? Is it only during the fireworks, or is it during the day too????? :confused3
