Hello,

I am sorry if this has been asked already but I could not find a reference for my information.

My question is if I have the Deluxe Dinning plan and I want to go to the Hoop Dee Doo Review does that mean I have to give up the points from another nights dinner?

On the 2007 dinning plan you basically had a pool of credits for each person for TS and CS it was like 1 per day (by the way I have never used the dinning plans only read about them. This will be my family's first trip in about 25 years.) I read on the disney web site that it does not matter on the meals with the deluxe dinning plan that I could do 3 ts meals per day if I wanted. So if I wanted to go to Hoop Dee Doo review I would only have to give up one breakfast. Is this correct or am I totally off base?

Any help you can offer would be winderful. I am trying to narrow down or dinning plan.

Regards

If you book the deluxe, you are giving 3 meals per day. You choose between counter service & table service. So, for HDDR, you'll have 3 for the day you do that dinner show.....that takes 2 of your 3 alloted for the day, so you'll have 1 meal left (table or counter, it's your choice).

You don't even have to use 3 credits in one day. You can mix them similar to the regular dining plan. For instance, you could visit CRT, Chef Mickeys, and CG (5 credits total) all in one day if you so choose.

Above is correct. We have this booked for our May 08 trip. You will have a total amount of credits in relation to your total number of nights. For example, we are staying for 8 nights, therefore each person in our party will get 3 credits per night x 8 nights = 24 total credits. They are not broken down into Table Service or Counter Service. If I use 2 credits for HDDR, that leaves me with 22 total credits to do with what I want. I think it is a great deal and can't wait to use it!

Agreed... I have this booked for my April trip. (well, the first 3 nights anyway).

In my case, I've got 3 adults and 3 children (and an infant, but he doesn't figure into the money yet)... I think the value is enhanced with more children. For the adults, based on where we eat, I think it might be nearly an even push on the overall costs, for the kids, we'll definitely come out ahead (especially figuring in things like CRT)

As I understand it... its 3 X # of nights staying -- we are staying 8 nights for our may trip so we will have 3X8 = 24 credits... they can be used in any combonation over the 9 days we will be there... for example we could eat at 3 signature dining on one day (6ts credits) then we would be docked the 6 ts credits... so we would be down to 18 credits --- for the rest of your stay... CLEAR AS MUD... HA HA HA

thanks for the great info. That is another item I can strike off the list. Now I just need to finalize the locations.
