Question about the 12x12 printer?

I keep hearing about a printer for 12x12 paper. Can some one tell me the brand and cost I do need a new printer for my computer and would like this if I can aford it. Thanks

not sure on the price, but I know it is EPSON. if you check out thier site at www.epson.com you should be able to find it.

My husband has been looking at Epcon printers to replace our current printer. We want one that can do 12" x 12" paper, too.

The one that I just bought is a Canon i9100 and I just LOVE it!!!! I love the fact that I don't have to replace a whole color cartridge, just the colors that run out!!!

the prices have really come down a lot -
when I was looking at a large format printer a year and a half ago the cheapest I found was over a thousand dollars!

Yeah, just even in the past 6 months they have come down a lot in price! I ended up paying $700 Canadian for the Canon and I have to say it was worth every penny! The photos I print out are amazing! Most people wouldn't be able to tell the difference between a photo printed on my printer and one done from 35mm at a photo lab, it's that good! I have printed out TONS of pictures so far and I still haven't had to replace any ink cartridges!

I have the Canon S9000 and also have been very happy with it.

Timon, I am wondering ... do you find that your different color cartridges wear out at about the same time? That is what I am finding (with the exception of black) and was just wondering if you find the same thing.

I am still waiting to have to replace a cartridge. I've printed tons of photos already but they're not empty yet. I will let you know though when it's time!

Epson has 2 printers that will do 12x12 The photo 1280 and 2200. I love them both.
