Question about TGM plans and changing ADRS

I'm leaving in....a week and a half for a 5 day stay. This trip was very last minute and I was lucky enough to get some awesome ADRs anyway. I hear so much great stuff about TGM and I'm tempted to try it but I'm afraid it'll screw up all of our ressies. Should I do it anyway and try to change the ADRs based on his plan? Should I keep the ADRs and just plan on getting to whatever park the ressie is in with enough time to make the PS? Or should I just suck it up, do my plan without TGM and remember him for next time?

From what I've heard on these boards, TGM offers a lot of info that take time to read and absorb. I think your trip is so close that I would not tamper with any plans at this point!

I am planning to use TGM in 2007 when I plan a fall trip but for my first (and now second) trip I am winging it! In my opinion, I think you should use TGM the next time and just trust your own instints for this trip.

If you got "awesome ADRs" -- I would keep them. What are they for -- I'm just curious!

I joined TGM after I had made all of our ADR's. His recommended parks were different from where I had my ADR's. We used his touring plans in the morning, following the recommended parks on those days and used our evenings for dining, shopping, fireworks, etc. even if they were at a non-recommended park and it worked out great!

If your ADR's are for dinner, you can still follow his touring plans in the morning. We never waited in line more than about 20 minutes for anything. I have been to WDW well over 50 times in the past 25 years and I love TGM! We rode everything we wanted to, even Expedition Everest 3 times! I will always follow his plan from now on.
