Question about tax on food

What is the tax at the restaurants? I'm just trying to figure out to the T food cost for my sister so she knows what to expect.

In all Disney Restaurants it's 6.5%, with the exception of the All-Star Food courts and I believe AKL restaurants which have a tax of 7% on food. The All Stars and AKL (remember I think) are located in a different county, hence the higher tax.
