Question about Target and price adjust?

Hi I have a question about Target. I purchase 3 baby items online on Sunday and today I get an email about big baby sale... yes on all 3 items I purchased just days ago, some that have not even arrived.. has anyone gotten them to do a price adjust? Thank you for any help on this matter.:)

If they won't, you can always return the items and repurchase.
 
Yes they will do it Not sure the time period you have to get the adjustment
I purchased a book shelf and it went on sale two weeks later!
Just show proof of purchase and they will credit you back the difference

Thank you for answering. These were 3 big items as gift for baby shower , $250 worth that I purchased online. I do not want to haul these back to store and do not even know if they have items and 1/2 hour away. I guess I will just try to email them as see if they will give me a store credit and I will her more stuff. :)

That's a large amount of money. You only have to bring in the receipt, not the actual items. I do it all the time. You just tell them the exact items you want adjusted. They won't automatically adjust everything, only what you point out. I believe you have 14 days.
 
Being that you purchased them online, I'm not sure there's much the store can do for you. I frequently work the service desk at Target. Before you make the journey, call the store ahead of time and ask to speak to a manager. They should be able to better direct you. You're only luck might be dealing with online.

Oh yes it is for my niece who is older and her parents have been very generous to my children over the years(my children are older and both have children) and we are very close. I am thrilled for her.
Ok I will give the online route a try first and then call store if that does not work. I even applied for their credit card on that day to make sure I got the free shipping to save me a trip in the winter to the store.. I live in NH and hate driving in the snow!!! I have to move to Disney that is the answer :thumbsup2

Well at 10:30 they responded and said sorry about that , a refund for the items that went down in price! Yep simple and fast and I feel I should let you know of the great service I received from Target, I am impressed. This is by far the fastest and most pleasant experience I have had with CS. So just passing that along.
