Yes, I am still agonizing about lens choice to go along with my (soon to be Canon 60D) camera. I am torn between several options: Canon f1.8 50mm, Canon EF-S 17-55 f.2.8 IS USM or the Tamron 17-50 f2.8....
I am seeing 2 versions of the Tamron lens on Amazon....one with VC (vibration control) and the one without. I understand the VC is the equivalent of IS, but the one without is currently much less expensive. Does anyone have either one of the mentioned Tamron lenses? How do you like them? Do you have the VC or non-VC version? do you wish you would have sprung for the pricier Canon lens? Thanks!!
