Question about switching resorts

Here's the background - We booked a trip on bounce back while we were at Pop last August. We booked one room, five people, with free dining at POR for this September. Now there are two members of extended family that would like to join us on our trip and I was thinking about saving some bucks by moving us over to a value and splitting us up between two rooms instead of them getting a room at POR.

What I'm wondering is if they'll let me switch the resort and book an additional room while still falling under the "bounce-back" offer and get free food for my entire party of 7, provided both rooms are in my name.

I thought I'd ask here before calling Disney to see if anyone's had any success doing the same or something similar.

most likely the answer will be no, if they are not still offering the bounce backs they will tell you they have no rooms for that offer.
