Question about surveys on SR or QR

Most of the surveys ask you to fill out personal information on them. I have no trouble giving my address but I'm hesitant about using my phone number as I have enough telemarketers calling. Are there surveys that don't require the inorfmation? I just joined both groups but am mostly doing quick rewards because it seems to have more things you can do without giving info, like the clicks and email sign ups. Any info or help is appreciated.
