Hey guys, I am a WDW addict, but I have only been to Disneyland once. I am attending my Uppercase Living convention in Anaheim later this month, and we have a Leadership dinner at Studio 17. I've searched for info on this, but I can't find much of anything. I'm so excited, I can hardly wait! Any info that you guys have would be so helpful. Thank you in advance! :goodvibes

Studio 17 is in Hollywood. Its actually right next to monster Inc, like faaar left side of it( i think thats 17). It will say 17 on the building. TO get to the entrance of it, the entrance into the building is also by Monsters inc. Right by the smokin section in Hollywood.

Thanks for the info! Have you attended any events there? Any ideas of what I can expect? Wonder if you have to get tickets to get into the park to attend events there...they haven't mentioned that to us, but WOW, what a dream that would be if our company gives us DCA tickets! :goodvibes

Albort - is that the building that used to be Hollywood & Dine?

not sure, its next to Monsters Inc, and thats all i know. :|

i believe you do need a DCA ticket to get in, unless you somehow have a backstage access to it through a security gate which is right across from the building. You may need to ask the event coordinator about how to enter in. Security gate is on the left hand side of the main gate. Very hidden. :)

never attended your event but ive been in there for random things. Its BIG and lots and lots of black drapes. :P

It sounds like it used to be hollywood and dine, I miss that place.

I would guess you need tickets and would double check with your host that it isn't included before purchasing. Have a great time! :)

We had our farewell dinner there for our Adventures by Disney Backstage Magic tour. It was pretty stark, just dressed up for our dinner. There is some old signage of CS places that used to be there. I guess it was like a food court representing different ethnicitys in CA. They had it done up in black and white kinda movie theme with clappers and such. Our park hoppers were part of the deal so I don't know about park admittance for your event.

Studio 17 is between MuppetVision and Monsters Inc - it's where Who Wants to Be a Millionaire used to be. It's not the building that used to be Hollywood and Dine. It's basically just a big empty space - it's where they hold the Taste event for the Food and Wine Festival.

:goodvibesThanks so much for all the info, guys! I will check with our event coordinator to see if tickets are included. Thanks again for all the information!
