ok! are you allowed to benefit from same perks as staying at resort is staying on campground on Disney property considered for free dining , extra magic hours ,free parking at parks?

Yep, campground guests ARE Disney resort guests in every sense of the word. You get the transportation, you get the Key to the World card, you get Extra Magic Hours, etc.

The only thing NOT offered to campground guests is some of the discount promotions, most notably, free dining, and the ticket upgrade promotions sometimes offered.

The reason for that is the campsites stay so full most of the time, they don't have to offer Free Dining to keep it filled.

We were there in December and I believe they told us that we could not use the pools at the other resorts like Wilderness Lodge. I don't think they had ever told us that on our trips to FW.

Nope. No pool hopping. They used to make you initial a statement at check-in, that it is not allowed. It was allowed when the pool was being rehabed.

There is no pool hopping allowed at ANY of the resorts, so Ft. Wilderness is not different in that aspect.
