Does anyone else wish they would have more AMERICAN FARE on the buffets versus all this spruced up food that picky people won't even touch. CRT is only safe if you do the breakfast. The Norway Princess Breakfast is typical breakfast fare. The 1900 Park Fare Cinderella's Gala Feast isn't typical food choices and even the Crystal Palace for dinner isn't typical either. I wished they would offer more things like ribs, normal chicken, turkey, ham, meats like that and then have things like mac n cheese, normal potatoes, fries, chicken fingers, normal appetizers, expanded like salad bar, breads, pasta salads, things like that. The desserts are pretty good on the choices but it is hard to mess up dessert, LOL:lmao: I just find the character meals EXCEPT for the breakfast just have some weird choices and especially when you have a child who is over 9-there are VERY FEW CHOICES for them and this is suppose to be more for the kids, young people, ya know what I'm saying? Just wanted to vent, LOL:goodvibes

LTT
Seems to me that a lot of DISSERs use the word "Stouffers" to describe the food at LTT; usually it isn't phrased as a compliment.

Trails End Buffet has that kind of food and after dinner you can go outside and meet Chip and Dale at the campfire.

LTT is good basic American food. 1900 Park Fare is good too--don't forget there is a "kids side" to buffets. they normally have all the basics--mac'n'chz, chx fingers, fries, corn, pizza, pasta w/marinara,meatballs. I went to 1900 Park and was pretty happy sampling from the adult side and kid's side of the buffet. I'm a picky eater too and like the basics. The turkey breast, prime rib, pork chops were all tasty!
Also the All you can eat skillet at Whispering canyon sounds right up your alley--no characters but fun interaction w/ servers-ask for some ketchup!popcorn::

Well we travel with 5 kids. 2 of which will only eat basics. They all found something to eat at Crystal Palace, Chef Mickeys, and Hollywood and Vine. Even at Boma they found things they would eat and actually tried one or two new things. Check out the menus all the places offer a kids side that basically have nuggets, mac n cheese, pizza, spaghetti, hotdogs/burgers. So I do think there will be something they like. Plus the dessert bar always makes the kids happy. You could bribe them with dessert. LOL.

Now if the adults dont like the menu that is a different story. Pick what you like and they will find something.
