Question about single day single park tickets

Hi- question for you experts out there. We are getting a 6 day base ticket for our trip in Sept. I know we will not go to the parks all 6 days - with a 1 and 3 year old, we're going to play it by ear. Anyway- if we decide to do AK one morning and then back to POP for naps - can we go to MK in the evening? I know we can't park-hop unless we buy that option - but is it possible to use another one day pass (so using 2 in one day) to go to a different park in the evening or are we limited to whatever park we first visit that one day?

You answered your own question.

If you buy a 6 day base ticket, you are locked into one park per day. The only way to park hop without buying the option is to purchase 6 seperate 1 day base admissions.

Correct. With a base ticket you are limited to one park per day.

1) Check your costs.
2) Take the cheapest route.
3) Adding Hopping would be cheaper than buying a sngle-day ticket.
