Question about shuttles for a friend

A good friend of ours is staying at the Buena Vista Suites in May. They have opted to not rent a car b/c the hotel lists it's shuttle service as "door to door". I seem to recall that only Disney buses go straight to the Magic Kingdom, so they must drop off at TTC. Does anyone know where? Her son is hearing and visually impaired and I am trying to let her know she most likely isn't getting door to door service.

Where do the hotel shuttles drop at the other parks? I think I have seen shuttles in parking lots?

I don't know where at the TTC offsite shuttles drop, but at Epcot it's WAY out beyond the Disney busses in the far parking lot. I stayed offsite once and my shuttle only dropped off & picked up at Epcot.
