Hi,

Please someone give me instructions on shipping something to your resort room? What if the package gets there before you? Do I need to contact someone at the resort to let them know package is coming?

Thanks!

Before my two week stay in July/August of last year I shipped 100 lbs of water to the Poly. I called and got the correct mailing address for the resort. I was told to have it arrive as close to my arrival date as possible because they don't like to have packages laying around for weeks at a time. You have to put your confirmation number, as well as the date you will be arriving on the package. Ours got there the day before we did and there was no problem. It was relatively inexpensive, too - 100 pounds using UPS standard (ground - it took 3 days from MA) cost us only about $35.

It was very convenient and I'll be doing it again with my wedding dress in two months!

We always ship items to the resort to cut down on baggage at the airport. We put our confirmation number, and arrival date along with our name. We then notify the resort that we are sending the package. Again try to send it so that the resort receives it as close to your arrival date as possible. We have never had a problem with receiving the package at arrival. Most of the resorts will bring it to your room after you check in, just remind them that you have a package.
