Question about sending stuff to resort before trip

I'm really considering sending water and supplies to the resort before our trip (8/26-9/4). I know that we are really going to be needing the water in that heat, and don't want to pay $2 a bottle everytime.

Can someone give me the low-down on how to do this? How do you package the stuff? What means do you use to send it (UPS, etc?) What are the approximate costs? Who do you address it to? And how far in advance do you send it?

Sorry I can't answer your questions, but I'd like to know the answer. DH and I are going in Sept. and he only wants to bring carryons with us, so I was thinkging about sending down our shampoo,soap,razors and soo on.

We are planning on doing this for our upcoming trip, but never have actually done this yet. Apparently, you can order through Staples which when we looked was around $14 for 24 bottles. There are some real experts out there somewhere who will know TONS more than me

I was wondering this myself. We are bring our baby in sept 22-29, and I wanted to send down diapers, formula, and water before the trip so it would be there when we got there. I really don't want to pack any of these things with our luggage, it would be way too much stuff to lug on a plane. Any help would be greatly appreciated
