Question about Rose and Crown Fireworks

We are staying at Boardwalk and my window opened today to make dining reservations. The ONE thing my son-in-law wants to do on this trip is the Rose and Crown Fireworks package and it is showing as not available. I'm assuming that means it is sold out already. I'm so bummed.

Anyone have any experience with it being sooner than 60 days out? Walk Up? I feel like a travel agent trying to put this trip together and honestly, I'm not sure that I care to go anymore.

Also, the Rose & Crown pub is currently closed for a rehab. I don't know if this would affect the reservations for the fireworks package.

It is not closed yet and no specific date has been announced. The temporary draft bar has been setup but it is not in use. Epcot has not announced any more specifics.

Another update. Only the Keg room is impacted by the 10 week rehab. The rest of the Pub will be open as usual. So no draft beer or cider available inside. There is a temporary bar counter setup outside with draft options.

Thanks for the update! I did call yesterday to confirm that the restaurant would be open when we are there as I have a regular reservation. Cast member confirmed that they will be open and that they do take walk ups.

How long is your trip? If its a short trip (like 3-4 days) it was possibly sold out. If it's a week long trip and you didn't see availability, then it's probable they didn't drop the reservations yet, which is super frustrating. I say that because I almost always see it available at least by day 5 on my longer trips.

When I booked it a couple years ago they didn't drop my dates yet on reservation day, so my on site 7 night trip booking advantage was nullified. I basically checked the website every morning to see if they dropped, and then when they did drop I couldn't reserve just two people but could only get for 3. My dad got to enjoy the show with my girlfriend and I, which took away a bit of the romance haha.

This is my question as well. We are booked for May 13th and hope the draft beverages are available. I love a current and cider as well as a Snake bite.

The taps and the tap system are being replaced, so no drafts will be available. They will have canned beers.

Do you think the canned beers will be unlimited as well? The package is prepaid and includes unlimited draft beer and wine so just wondering how they are substituting for that. My package reservation is in May.

That's a good question! I would think, yes. But that is my opinion only. Maybe contact Disney??? Though we all know that information is not always passed along...
