Question about rooms if renting dvc points

............ I am trying to decide if renting points is the way to go. With that said, what do the rooms look like? When you rent points can you get a room in the regular resort or are you placed in a villa? Where can I find pictures of the rooms and what they look like? Thanks in advance for answering my questions..............

You can't use points at Value resorts or at any resort that has a DVC component at that location. But using points outside of DVC locations will cost more than booking a DVC villa.
