question about room requests

What is the bes way to make detailed room requests? Do I call/fax CRO or the resort directly? I appreciate any help.


I just read down a bit and see a similar question, so let add that I am specifically wondering about the poly.

Call central reservations and have your requests added to your reservation.

Don't get too detailed or you may not get what you request. Keep in mind it is only a request. You can also ask at check in with any requests.
