Question about room requests

I've always been really lucky ending up with a great room at my home resort, BCV....we're leaving Friday and I just wanted to add a request to my reservation, (not a huge deal, but I did want to be close to elevator) do I contact MS or the hotel directly?

I apologize if this question has been asked/answered before. Thanks!

Call Member Services and have them add it to your reservation.
