Question about room block & discount.

I've spent the entire day working on my newsletter and trying to explain the Disney resorts to my guests. I came up with this question: If someone wants to stay at a Disney resort that is not in my room block will they still receive the discounted wedding rate?

No, unfortunately they won't receive the discount. I think you can block up to 5 resorts though. Their room will go towards your room minimums though but you have to let your planner know their confirmation number to get 'credit' for them.

I too was a little confused because the contract states that the guests can stay at any disney owned resort for you to get the credit, but it does not state that if they do stay somewhere out of the room block that the discount will not be applied.
