If you park them especially around Pioneer hall (bus stop)-LOCK THEM UP. You might come back without a bike.

You certainly can but ride defensively. There seem to be many oblivious or just plain rude golf-cart drivers zooming all around. There was even a post here recently about a little girl that got hit by a golf cart while riding her back around a blind corner. Can't blame the corner though - if you can't see what's around it, slow down for God's sake!
