Question about returning to the parks

I know there is a possibility that the parks will reach capacity on days after Cars Land opens.
My question is, If we enter the parks early on a day that the parks reach capacity and then have to leave for some reason (or want to go to Downtown Disney), will our handstamp allow us back into the parks even though they are at capacity?

If the park is really at capacity, then nobody is allowed in per the fire marshal, not even guests staying on-site, or AP holders, etc.

We were there the week of Christmas. Several days/times it became that you could only enter with your handstamp and valid ticket. It never reached the point of no return entry from the 23rd to the 27th, a fairly busy time.

I'd think the same would be true for you, but with slightly higher chances of reaching a no entry at all day.
