question about ressies

Am I still able to book room only ressies with CRO or only through the Disney Travel Company? When I call to make ressies, i always get WDTC. Want the cancellation policy that used to be effective with CRO. TIA

I booked my Nov. room only reservations with CRO. I specifically ask for them. Even if my call is answered by WDTC, they always tell me that they are cross-trained and can take care of CRO room only reservations. I always confirm the 5 day cancellation policy. Have never had a problem. Good luck to you!
