Question about renting points, help please!

Hi, we have a reservation for a studio at BWV but were considering upgrading to a one bedroom if one was available for the same time. The problem is the person we rented the points from has no more points available. So...can we rent the extra points from someone else and add to the reservation? (I wouldn't even consider cancelling with the person we have the reservation with just to be clear. )

Can anyone tell me how to handle this? Is it a possiblility if the availability is there?

The person you are renting from would either have to be willing to borrow points from their next use year or rent/transfer points themselves from another owner to do this. It really does sound like a lot of hassle for everyone concerned.
