Question about Refund for cancelling CRT?

I just cancelled reservations to CRT and it didn't say anything about a refund. Is that normal? Does it usually happen automatically and how long does it take?

I cancelled a reservation for CRT last week and the refund showed up on my CC a few days later.

Oh ok. So it's normal for it not to mention a refund then?

I didn't see anything about a refund either, which worried me. But I knew I was cancelling within the allowed time so gave it a few days (otherwise I would have called!) Just hang on to the cancellation email, in case.

It took a few days for one of my cancellations to show up on my credit card and a week for the other.
