Question about refillable mugs at Old Key west

My husband and I got a pin to upgradev from all star music to Old Key West. I'm wondering about my decision to yake it after checking it out online. Does anyone know if this resort has a food court and are the refillable mugs available there. I'm worried that this place might be to stuffy for us. I like the sounds of children and a nice breakfast at a food court before my day begins. Any info would be appreciated because I still can change and see about getting my old resort back before we leave in 2 weeks

We are new DVC members who just stayed at OKW for the first time - but have always been at one of the moderates before. You can get refillable mugs at OKW - there's a small snack stand in the HH (main) area where you can buy and refill. There is no food court but the restaurant - Olivia's Cafe - is very nice, relaxing, not stuffy at all. The whole atmosphere there is very laid back - just like the real thing - Key West - itself. They also have a lot of grocery supplies in the store - including breakfast food - and it is easy to have breakfast in your room - nice mini kitchen if you have a studio or more if larger. The pool is also wonderful and got high marks from my kids! This is a great resort - I think you'd enjoy it.

OKW is my home resort and I love it! I have also stayed at Music - years ago. I have 4 kids under 12. The size of the rooms at OKW is what draws me. My memory is that they are roomier than Music. They do have the refillable mugs. The main pool area is nice with a slide, sand area, shuffle board, etc. and so is the kids play area (Hank's)
Plus all rooms include at the very minimum a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. (Studio rooms). The 1 BR and 2 BR condos have a full kitchen. We never needed a food court, we had breakfast at the condo each morning before going to the parks.
