Question about receiving tickets...

Last year, when we went, we got the FL resident 3 day passes and they gave us a voucher before we got there. We took the voucher to the ticket window of our first park on the first day to exchange it for the tickets. This time, we just got 4 day MYW tickets.

The question is: do they mail those tickets or do we pick them up when we get there? If they are supposed to mail them, DH and I are a little concerned since we leave in about a week and a half. BUT, if we're just supposed to get them when we check in, it's obviously no big deal.

Was this a phone order, or are they part of a package which includes both lodging and park entry?

If it is part of a package the tickets will actually be encoded on your resort keys.
