Question about Qutting Quest

I am wondering if there's any way to stop the clock on a quest. Like say you're doing a quest in the last few minutes before vmk closes, and the quest will still be going on again tomorrow. It seems like if you either log off without quitting it, or if you quit the quest, then the time counts all of those hours when vmk wasn't even open. Is there any way to prevent that so that you can keep a shorter time and possibly finish higher up in the standings?

As far as I know, there is no way to stop Quest times .

I do not think you can stop a quest time - but some quests are starting to not give prizes out for the best times. They realize there is sharing and muling going on. I got a prize the other day for being 75! Woot!
