Question about quick booking

10 days into rofr on vwl. If we pass, we should close in early August. We will have some banked points that must be used. Is it likely to book vero beach in September. Thanks

I would like to know what people think of this as well. We're in the same position, hopefully we'll get our points in August, but we want to try to book VB in November. Pixie dust for us both!

I don't know this for sure, but since that's peak hurricane season (September), I would tend to think that VB would not be super popular in September. Again, I've never tried, but used to live in that area and would never have suggested anyone plan their vacation on the coast in September.

I would think that you should expect to stay at SSR if you are lucky. 60 days before any given date, DVC can offer the unused inventory to Disney cash Guests and/or take the rooms out of service for maintenance.
