How long in advance would we need to call for priority seating? I'm trying to make a schedule but still not sure where we will be a few days out of our week. We are leaving Saturday and wonder if it is possible to call on the day we want to dine. January ten years ago we were able to get a res. at the last minute. Any ideas? :cool1:

You can call anytime. Once we called from outside the resturaunt. However, depending on the crowd levels and such, you may not be able to get a PS on very short notice.

We were unable to get the Luau at Poly even staying there! We kept asking EVERY day we were there. I'm sure it depends on the time of year, we learned our lesson.

It's possible to call on the day you are looking for but realize with the ability to make ADR's 180 days ahead and the popularity of the dining plan, the table service restaurants are much busier than in the past. You might not be able to get into the most popular restaurants or will get very early/late times.

Where are you planning on possibly dining at?

Coral Reef, Whispering Canyon, House of Blues. Should I make them now?

If you know when and where you want to eat, than yes I would make the ADR's. As others have said, the Dining Plan has resulted in the TS restaurants being far more busy than in the past.

Good Luck!
