Question about Posts Numbers

I have tried looking around to find the answer to this, but can't seem to find it (I am sure that I am looking in the wrong place):

What are the numbers of posts to get to the next level? For example, at what number do you graduate from Earning My Ears to Mouseketeers? And so on...

I know it's 500 for DIS Veteran - I just passed there not too long since
