Hello!

I have booked POR for Sept. 11 thru 19. I requested a room with a trundle because there is 5 in my party. I also requested a room next to the main pool and Main dining. He told me he would put the request in and It would be for Alligator Bayou. Does anyone know what building would be best for me to request. Because I feel I should call and make the request again. But I want to know what im talking about...LOL!

Any help would be appreciated!

I last time we stayed at POFQ and it was awesome. We were right next to everything and I think we all got a lil spoiled...hehehe!

Building 14 would be the closest to the food court. I stayed in 18 and it was a great location too, 27 is not that far either. 15 is pretty close but lost of parking lot views.

Just my two cents: I loved building 18 however, I didn't like using the main bus stops in the morning. I prefer to wait at the other Depots cause they are quieter. There were always mobs of people waiting around for the bus and I'd get nervous if I would get on. I prefer the "other" bus stops around the resort.

With that said, building 38 might be a nice request. You could use the North Depot and you're still pretty close to the pool and not that far from the food court. The best part of Port Orleans Riverside is walking through the resort to get to your room. You feel so far removed from WDW, but at the same time your still in the thick of it.

Enjoy POR, you'll love it!

Thank you so much! Im just trying to make everything perfect for everyone! Which I know will never happen, but doesn't hurt to try :goodvibes

I would love to hear from experiences ... which is the best bus depot
to take to the parks....for a family with many kids to take out...

and why ??

thanks for any info...

Good advice about using the outlying bus depots - we used the West Depot from AB25 and it worked out great! We always got a seat and there were only a few other families waiting with us in the mornings. (that's getting there around 8:00) No need for queue lines at all. Some people say it's good to walk to the Main Depot, but I wouldn't do that unless it was the closest to my room. That's where the crowds would most likely be.

AB38 does look like a good request - and no parking lot view possibility. :thumbsup2
