Question about points

We used our points for this year (2016) and borrowed from next year(2017) for a trip we took( summer 2016) . Can I book a trip for next summer (2017) borrow points from 2018?

Yes if trip you want to make is to occur in your 2017 use year. You do not give the beginning month of your use year. If, for example, it is August, then you can take a trip in Aug 2017 or after by borrowing Aug 2018 use year points, but you cannot take a trip in July 2017 or before because that would still be in your Aug 2016 use year.
