OK I have been trying to do the numbers of taking two trips to WDW each year. March and October. I am coming up with two different numbers when calculating pts. Here is my confusion.

When I do the calculation with the DVC pts chart for 7 days at AKL in a one bedroom it equals 160 pts.

But when I look at the Timeshare Store's "calculations" for a week it avgs over 200 pts.

Why the difference??

Thanks in advance.

Someone may have posted incorrect rates/dates. I would go with the DVC points as being the accurate point chart.

There is a range for one bedroom in Choice Season (October 2008) for 153 up to 252 points for a week stay. This is dependent upon the view booked. Standard, Value, Savannah View and Concierge. So apparently both answers would be correct to some extent.
