Question about podcasts on iPhone

Is there a way to subscribe to podcasts on my iPhone or do I have to manually download each episode? I know on my desktop when I go into iTunes, I can subscribe so that new episodes get automatically downloaded but I can't find a way to do that on my phone. I don't want to have to download them at home and then transfer them to the phone as that seems like a big waste of time since I only listen on my phone. And I don't always remember to manually download. It would be great if they would just appear in my library.

BTW, I just recently started listening to the DIS podcast when I got my phone a few weeks ago and I love it. Keep up the good work.

I discovered that even when I've searched for podcasts to download, the files are too big, and the iPhone directs me to connect to a computer to get the podcast.

The best way I found was direct streaming from the disunplugged.com page. There's a "listen now" feature.

I've found that some larger files need to be downloaded over WiFi, not 3G, but I haven't come across any that I couldn't download straight to the phone.

I think it's file over 10mb that need a wifi connection
