Question about placeholder bookings

The placeholder option wasn't available last time we cruised so our only option has been booking an actual or "dummy" cruise to take advantage of the OBB benefits. On top of the discount, we also got a $200 stateroom credit last time for booking a 7 night cruise while on board. Do they still offer stateroom credits like this with OBB and if so, does this also apply to placeholder purchases too or is this only a perk for booking the actual cruise on board? TIA!

You get the same benefits as booking an actual cruise, you just don't have to decide on the ship when you want to cruise.
