Question about PIN code

I just got an email with a pin for our dates. Does anyone know if I can use the pin code and book with Costco? I'd love to be able to get the extras too.

Not sure about Costco, but AAA booked my pin code trip.

I tried to use my pin code with Costco and they said 'no'.
