Question about paying at counter service.

I watched the video about WL, and to order at Roaring Fork, you need mobile app. can you pay with MB when you pick up? Or do you have to pay when you order? If so, how?

I think they are only taking mobile app, and payment is via the app at the point of order. The goal is to minimize close contact.

I've only used mobile ordering once, and it may have changed, but I think it bills out to whatever card is on file in your MDE app or MagicBand. You may be able to use Apple Pay or something similar. I know a lot of fast food apps allow apple pay.

We used it for the first time in Dec. and it was so much easier than I thought.
You add your credit card or gift card (have to do that every time, it doesn't store it), or Rewards Card

We always ordered and picked a time before we even left the resort in the morning.
At Roaring Fork, we ordered sitting in the lobby or outside.

I used it a few weeks ago and basically, it will bill your credit card that you enter at the time of the order. Or, as mentioned, it allows you to pick Apple Pay...which bills the credit card.

There was no way to use cash, use my wrist gift card, or my magic band.

We used mobile order a lot over our Christmas trip, and you do pay when you order. Basically, there are three options:

• Pay with the CC that's linked to your MDE account (the one used to guarantee ADRs, etc.)
• Pay with Apple Pay
• Pay with a gift card or Disney Visa Rewards card - you have to enter the card number each time, so it's best to record that number in a note on your phone and then copy and paste it each time you order.

Good tip about gift card, I must have missed that as a choice!

Just select it - forgot what it said exactly but it was very easy!

If you use a GC, you have to enter the number every time. I put the card number in my notes app and just copy/pasted every time I needed it.
